Swiggyversary Campaign
For Swiggy
‘Swiggyversary’ is an emailer campaign aimed to create brand love by celebrating a customer's anniversary with Swiggy. The term ‘Swiggyversary’ refers to a user completing a year of having downloaded and used the Swiggy app.
The campaign uses consumer data to customise the experience for every user, and create a narrative of their app usage. I designed and illustrated the creative, using illustration as a form of storytelling.



Closer look at the artwork
The illustrations on the emailer tell a story of their own.
Through the content, the character is seen celebrating milestones usually associated with romantic anniversaries, such as a candlelit dinner, late night texting, and introducing someone new to her family.
However, the visuals actually represent usage of the app itself.

Differentiating Milestones
The Swiggyversay campaign was sent to users for every year they continued using Swiggy. To distinguish the celebrations across different years small adjustments were made to the copy, sequence of events and colours.
